Are TITAN Products Recyclable/Compostable/Biodegradable?

Do TITAN products contain GMO's and/or BPA?
All TITAN products do not contain any GMO’s and/or BPA.
Do You offer samples of any product before purchase?
TITAN does not currently offer samples. However, we do product testing to get detailed feedback before we launch products. This is an invitation only program and if you are selected to participate, we will notify by email. How can I get into the Feedback Program? You must be either a returning customer (with your email provided) or enrolled in our newsletter.
What Currency do i pay in for my order?
All orders placed on TITAN.men is in United States Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the United States, please note that your bank will convert the amount from USD to your countries currency.
Does TITAN have a brick and mortar shop?
We currently do not have a physical location where TITAN products may be purchased other than online outlets such as TITAN.men, Amazon.com & Walmart.com. We are working hard to expand our product availability and expanding our products into retail vendors is a goal we plan to achieve. Please check back regularly for news and updates.
An Item is out of stock, when can i get it?
Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, however, popular items that fly off our shelves take time to reproduce. Production times for restocking could take up to (but not limited to) 60 days. Depending on time of season and other unforeseen manufacturing issues, delays in restocking is a possibility.
Is there sales tax on orders?
We charge sales tax on all orders shipping around the world at a rate of 8.25% in accordance to the state of Nevada’s sales tax rate.
How long will it take to get my order? How does it ship?
Orders placed with standard shipping within the continental United States will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days of receipt. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your order to arrive. Please allow up to 6 – 7 weeks for orders to other regions of the world. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped, with an expected delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for you to be able to track your order and for USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. to update their website. Before confirming your order, please ensure that your delivery address is correct and accurate before paying. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of your order where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided.
How can i check the status of my order?
If your order is placed through TITAN.men, you will receive an email regarding your order and when it will be shipped. When it is shipped, you will be provided a tracking number.
What methods of payment does TITAN.men accept?
TITAN currently accepts the following payment methods: PayPal and Credit/Debit cards. We do not accept money orders, checks and cash on delivery (COD).
TITAN thanks you for your patronage. Your satisfaction is very important to us. However, we regret to inform you that we can not accept returns or exchanges for our products due to the hygienic nature of it. Although, we will be more than happy to replace any items that may have been damaged or defective during shipping. Please note that proof of damage may be required for replacements. Thank you for your understanding.
Are shipping costs in USD?
All orders placed on TITAN.men are in USD (United States Dollars). If you are ordering from outside the United States, please note that your bank will convert the amount from USD to your currency when an order is placed and processed.

TITAN products that are ordered from TITAN.men are eligible for international shipping. Please review shipping options during checkout when placing your order.
What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?
Please be sure to review all information before confirming. We apologize but we are unable to amend, edit or alter orders once they have been placed.
What happens if I receive missing products and/or damaged products?
If you received damaged and/or missing products, please call customer support at 1.800.535.3687 during normal business hours (weekdays 9am – 5pm pacific standard time). Items that are missing/damaged from your order will be reshipped if it is in stock. If we are out of stock we will refund the amount for the missing or damaged item. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the package or we will not be able to honor your request.
Can I cancel or adjust my order?
We can cancel and refund your order. Minus any fee’s associated to your order (i.g PayPal fees). However, if your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or adjust your order. We respectfully request that you check your order before it is placed to make sure it is 100% accurate.
Can I track my order as soon as it ships?
Orders shipped via FedEx may be tracked here. Orders shipped via UPS may be tracked here. Orders shipped via USPS may be tracked here. Please allow 24 to 48 hours (during business days) for tracking information to populate). We are not responsible for any information provided by FedEx, UPS or USPS as they have to association to TITAN.
Cloths & Wipes
How long will my wipes last?
All TITAN products are printed with MFD (Manufacturing Date) and EXD (Expiration Date). Generally, most products contain a shelf life of 2 years. However, depending on the conditions the product is exposed to, the shelf life may vary during circumstances in which we are not in control of. Please check packaging for MFG/EXD Dates.
I left my wipes in a hot car, can i still use them?
if a wipe package is left in a hot car, it can cause the wipes to dry out more quickly if it wasn’t sealed properly but they will still be safe to use.
Why do multiple wipes come out when i try and pull out only one?
Not all TITAN wipes are Z-Folded or U-Folded due to size restrictions. Therefore, the wipes can stick together, and multiple sheets can be pulled out. We recommend that you keep the product in its upright position to minimize this effect. Another possibility for the cause of this is during transport, the package may have been positioned sideways, upside-down, causing the wipes to stick together. However, sometimes even the Z-Folded and U-Folded wipes could stick together. If more than one wipe is pulled out, we kindly suggest you inset the extra wipe(s) that have been pulled out back into its encasement for later use. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If my wipes dry out, can i moisten it again?
TITAN products should not dry out if it is closed properly and not exposed to direct sunlight. In case your wipes are not moist enough (for your use) we kindly suggest that you do not moisten the wipes with tap/bottled water or any other solution for your safety and convenience. TITAN products are made with pharmaceutical-grade purified water with organic extracts, adding other solutions to the mix may cause microbial activity, thus rendering the cloths unusable (such as discoloration, unpleasant odor & mold).
Can I Flush TITAN Wipes?
Please do not flush any wipes/cloths. They are not Flushable.
